Each application includes some similar elements, and some unique ones. Below you'll see the documents you must send to us, regardless of your visa needs. Further down, you will find visa application packages and additional requirements for African countries. If you require a visa for an African country not listed here, please contact us for assistance.

You MUST include:

  1. Application Package (see further down)
  2. Your passport   
  3. Two passport-style photos per application   
  4. Proof of travel (flight itinerary, copy of plane ticket, etc.) showing entry into and exit from intended destination   
  5. Additional documentation as required (see further down)
  6. For business visas, a business letter (click for sample)

***Non-US citizens must also send a copy of their proof of status in the U.S. (i.e. front and back of green card, visa, application for status extension, etc.
