Group Fee (five or more applications for the same country fully completed and sent together with copies):
Regular Processing: $40 per applicant, per visa
Expedited Processing: $70 per applicant, per visa
Student (either procuring a study visa or with a copy of a school/university ID) and Senior (sixty years of age or older) Fee:
Regular processing: $35 per applicant, per visa
Expedited Processing: $65 per applicant, per visa
Other special rates for humanitarian organizations also apply. Please contact us.
When we say some consulates are picky about visa applications, we mean it (for examples, feel free to contact us; it will probably be therapeutic, at least on our end). If your application is suspended--or we know from experience that it will be suspended as is--and we need to make any major correction because you did not complete the application as outlined on our website, we may charge you up to an additional 25% of the service fee. Those charges will be indicated on your receipt. For example:
- If an application cannot be submitted handwritten but rather must be typed, and you send us a written application, we will charge you to complete a typed version, especially if your departure date is fast approaching. (If you are unable to complete an application to specification, please notify us in advance and we will work with you).
- If, in your excitement, you forget to cross a "t," we will let it slide. This time.
- We will not charge you for correcting errors that you could not have known were errors. But do read the instructions carefully; if you have questions, please contact us.
Service Fees:
In addition to the fee charged by the consulate, our service fees are as follows. Understand that "regular" and "expedited" are relative terms, and vary among consulates.
